01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Pinoy 77 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products, services, games, features, promotions, and content available through our website.

02 Eligibility

To create an account and use Pinoy 77's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing our services.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Pinoy 77 or any associated responsible gaming organization.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each account must represent a single, genuine individual.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Pinoy 77 or its affiliated companies.

Pinoy 77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings obtained by a player found to be ineligible will be forfeited without appeal.

We take underage gaming extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a minor has accessed our platform, we will immediately close the account, report the matter to appropriate authorities if required, and withhold any associated funds.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Pinoy 77. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, household, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.

Registration Process

To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

Account Verification (KYC)

Pinoy 77 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect our players. Before processing withdrawals, we may require the following documents:

Account Security

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Pinoy 77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods for your convenience.

• Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and InstaPay/PESONet-connected banks
• Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Philippine banks

Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited instantly. Pinoy 77 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method must belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be returned and the account reviewed.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposits wherever possible. All active bonuses must be settled before a withdrawal can be processed. Pinoy 77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC checks before approving any withdrawal request.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Pinoy 77 offers various bonuses and promotions to reward both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to other players or redeemed for cash until wagering conditions are fully met.
• Pinoy 77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player, household, IP address, or device.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee profit — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in each offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games may contribute at different rates. The specific contribution percentages for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pinoy 77 are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport being wagered on. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

Bets are accepted subject to odds available at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless stated otherwise in a specific game's rules. Pinoy 77 reserves the right to void bets if an error in odds is identified, if a match is abandoned, or if irregular betting patterns are detected.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games operate according to their individual game rules as conducted by the live dealer. Technical malfunctions during a live game session will be investigated, and bets may be voided or settled based on the recorded game state at the time of the disruption.

Maximum Winnings

Pinoy 77 applies maximum payout limits per game type and per day. These limits are displayed within each game section. Any winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable limit.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pinoy 77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent a previous suspension
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with our platform
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games or tournaments
• Using Pinoy 77 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing others to play on your behalf
• Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of Pinoy 77 or its players

Pinoy 77 actively monitors platform activity and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant authorities.

08 Privacy & Data

Pinoy 77 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

09 Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the same month, excluding bonuses. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

10 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact our support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Pinoy 77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected
• A player has placed bets in a manner deemed harmful to the integrity of our platform
• A player has enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, Pinoy 77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Players have the right to appeal such decisions by contacting support@pinoy77.click within 30 days.

11 Changes to These Terms

Pinoy 77 may revise these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a notice on the platform.
